The gentleman named Leon was exceptionally helpful. He provided a clear and thorough explanation of each component I was purchasing, detailing both its function and relevance. Additionally, he took the time to walk me through the specifics of their warranty policy, and NOT just adding the warranty up straight. Throughout our interaction, he remained courteous and patient, showing genuine respect for my perspectives and choices. Bravo.

Great place, way better stocked than the old NCIX. Has roughly the same setup, but the customer service is great and they actually seem like they know what they're doing. Good chain retailer and hope to see them do well in this location.

I had a great experience at this store!! I'm not super techy, so I was a little nervous walking in, but one of the staff, Enzo, helped me and was so patient. He explained the differences between the laptops without ever making me feel dumb, and he helped me pick the one that fit my budget perfectly. Such a joyful person and hands down very helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back!! 😊

Great experience. I bought most of parts here to build my custom PC. Then it was build here by technician Evan, who was very helpful and considerate. I recommend him as a good PC builder. Overall, it was most positive experience. Received.
